interactive sound sculpture
The sculpture produces and shapes steam, which it illuminates in various colours and penetrates with laser beams. Various sounds produced by organ pipes, rice in a rotating tin and other percussive devices accompany the visual play. Motion sensors and two foot-activated buttons animate the machine to produce ever new combinations of sound, light and steam.
